Jonathon from Keysborough’s Acacia campus and has his sights set on becoming a plumber. Jonathon presented well at his Head Start interview and although he displays strong organizational and time management skills, he has not yet had any work experience.

We therefore suggested the Swan Plumbing Business Traineeship to him as the first step in his chosen pathway and he was very open to learning more about it. He attended interview with their HR Manager and met the Cheltenham Store Manager, both were very impressed with Jonathon’s level of maturity and offered him the traineeship with immediate commencement.

Jonathon is undertaking Certificate III in Business with Integrity Business College. This is a wonderful opportunity for Jonathon to build some skills, contacts and knowledge related to the plumbing industry to assist him with his chosen pathway into plumbing.
